Regular Sweepstakes begins on the 1st of the month, at 12:01 am MST and ends on the last day of the month, at 12:00 midnight MST.
This sweepstakes is open to residents of
the United States only, age 18 or older, except for employees of
Chivalry Sports Renaissance Store and their affiliates,
subsidiaries, respective advertising, promotion and fulfillment
agencies (collectively, the "sponsors"), and the
immediate families of each (including mother, father, sister,
brother, daughter, son, or spouse), regardless of where they
live; or, persons residing in the same household, whether
related or not. Sweepstakes void in any countries other than The
United States of America, and where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes subject to federal, state, and local laws.
Only one entry per person, per Email address,
will be accepted. Incomplete entries will NOT be
accepted. Sponsors will NOT be held responsible for late, lost
or misdirected mail, or scrambled entries.
Winners will be randomly drawn
from all eligible entries on or about the 1st of each
month by employees of The Chivalry Sports Renaissance Store, whose decision
is final and binding in matters relating to the sweepstakes.
Images and names of the winners may be published by the sponsor.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner
consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness
by sponsors for publicity purposes without further compensation.
Winners will be notified by e-mail and US postal service mail
and will be required to sign and return the affidavit of
eligibility and liability release within fourteen (14) days
of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to
an alternate winner.
A Grand Prize drawing must have a minimum of 1000 entries.
In the event that there are not enough entries in the contest, the prize and
the names entered will roll over to the next month's drawing. There is no need to enter again in the event of a roll-over.
The dragon drawings need a minimum of 500 entries or the prize
and the names entered will roll over to the next month's drawing.
All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
All prizes will be shipped to the
winners by UPS Ground at no expense to the winners. Rush shipping is available for a charge equal to the difference between
the cost of UPS Ground and the upgraded shipping plus $4 for special handling.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries
received
This is typically 1 in about 2000. Prizes are non-transferable, and
cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed. In the event that an advertised prize is not available
the sponsor may substitute another prize of similar quality and value.
By accepting any prize, winner
agrees that sponsors and their respective officers, directors,
agents, and employees will have no liability or responsibility for
any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising directly or
indirectly from the prizes awarded. Grand Prize winner will be
required to produce evidence of valid identification and to execute
a separate release to release sponsors from any or all liability for
injury to persons or property arising out of this promotion. By
entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be placed on an
electronic mailing list to be used for in-house commercial purposes by
Chivalry Sports Renaissance Store.
The sponsor reserves the
right, in their sole discretion, to modify these rules or cancel
the sweepstakes at any time.
A winners list may be posted
If a contest has been held and the
winners have responded, we will post winner information on the contest page
5 to 10 days after the contest.
