Estimated Shipping Delivery Times

If you need your shipment in one, two, or three days, make sure that all the items you have ordered are currently listed in-stock. Backordered items will delay your shipment. Refer to the chart below to estimate delivery times by different methods. Place your order before 2 pm for same-day processing, otherwise you order will be processed on the following day. We ship Monday through Friday, except for holidays and inventory days.

*Shipping day ends at 2 pm PST. Orders placed after 2pm weekdays will ship the following business day. No shipping is initiated on Saturday or Sunday. Satuday delivery available on late Thursday and early Friday overnight orders only for an extra charge. Call for more information.

Exceptions to normally scheduled shipping

  • Wednesday, February 15, 2006: Closed for Inventory, no shipping, store closed.
  • February 20, 2006:Closed for President's day Monday, no shipping, store closed.
  • Monday, May 29, 2006: Closed for Memorial Day, no shipping.
  • Tuesday, July 4, 2006: Closed for Independence Day, no shipping, store closed.
  • Monday, September 4, 2006: Closed for Labor Day, no shipping.
  • Thursday, November 23-24, 2006: Closed for Thanksgiving Day, no shipping, store closed.
  • Monday, December 25, 2006: Closed for Christmas, no shipping, store closed.
  • Monday, January 1, 2007: Closed for New Year's Day, no shipping, store closed.

Back Orders

You will be notified by email if there is a delay to your order caused by backorders. Our policy is to hold the order until all backorders are in and then ship the whole order rather than shipping it piece by piece. If you request that we ship all in-stock items right away we will create a separate order for backordered items and we will contact you with new shipping costs. If the backorder takes more than 30 days we will contact you to find our whether we should either (A) cancel the order, or (B) split the order and ship all available pieces now and the rest later at no extra charge. From then on, if you choose (B), you will be contacted every 30 days until it ships or the order is cancelled. Backordered items will be charged to your account only when they are ready to ship.
